This version of the MCH6 breathing air compressor has been developed to meet the needs for High Pressure air such as breathing air for diving, fire services and small paintball structures. Different motorizations from large engine manufacturers are available.

The MCH6 portable diving compressor range is the most commonly used and the most popular thanks to its reduced size and weight. This version has been selected by the French Army and the Nautical and River Brigades for the renewal of all its compressors since 2009.

The STANDARD range is one of the most widely distributed machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compressor block and a compact chassis with carrying handles. The chassis is suitable for transport and this version can be optionally equipped with bleeding and automatic stop.

This version is suitable for users without a three-phase power supply.

The STANDARD range is equipped with the MCH6 compressor block developed by COLTRI since the end of the 60's and constantly improved to meet the requirements of performance, air quality and robustness required for use in the most severe conditions.

The MCH6-V17 block is designed to last. It has been tested in the most extreme conditions thousands of times worldwide. This special version is perfectly dimensioned to optimize the efficiency with a 2.2Kw motor.

Adopted by home users and professionals for its reliability and easy maintenance.

Quality of Compression Block

The MCH6-V17 compressor block is designed for long-lasting operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined from high energy performance light alloys for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have undergone an ionic nitriding treatment which results in a high surface hardness for high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion and seizure.

The crankshaft is mounted on heavy-duty SKF bearings, which guarantee a long service life even at high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that provides excellent heat dissipation and protection against external aggression in salty atmospheres. The paint makes maintenance easier when cleaning the cooling coils.

The 316L stainless steel inter-stage cooling coils are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow for increased autonomy of the filter cartridges.

A compact frame!

The mechanically welded frame of the STANDARD range allows for a good cooling flow and protects the user. The chassis integrates the petrol engine, the compression block, the filtration system and 1 flexible outlet with DIN inflation connector or caliper. The powder epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe conditions of use (marine environment), the compressor is also available in stainless steel chassis version.

Filtration for Breathable quality air!

The STANDARD range compressor is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure an air quality that complies with the requirements of the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclone separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration system provides oil, odour and water filtration.

A pressure maintenance valve is available as an option for industrial processes on a fixed network.
