Coltri MCH3-EM Standard compressor with low consumption 230-240 volt single-phase electric motor

This version of the MCH3 diving compressor has been developed to meet high pressure air requirements such as breathing air and sport shooting. Ideal for the inflation of sporting shooting cartridges or to embark on a boat equipped with a small 4 Kva generator.

The MCH3 Standard range allows the punctual filling of diving cylinders or buffer cylinders for the needs of sport shooting associations or for individual divers.

The STANDARD range is one of the most widespread machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block and a compact chassis with carrying handles. The chassis is suitable for transport and this version can be optionally equipped with bleeders and automatic shut-off.

This version is suitable for users without a three-phase power supply.

A proven compressor block!

The MCH3-V4 block is designed to last. It has been tested under the most extreme conditions thousands of times worldwide. This special version is perfectly dimensioned to optimise efficiency with a 1.5 kW motor.

Quality of the compression block

The MCH3-V4 compressor block is designed for long-lasting operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined from high energy performance light alloys for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have undergone an ionic nitriding treatment which results in a high surface hardness for high wear, friction, abrasion and seizure resistance.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings, which guarantee a long service life even at high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that provides excellent heat dissipation and protection against external aggression in salty atmospheres. The paint makes maintenance easier when cleaning the cooling coils.

The inter-stage cooling coils in 316L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and to allow increased autonomy of the filter cartridges.

A compact housing support!

The mechanically welded chassis of the STANDARD range allows a good cooling flow and protects the user. The chassis integrates the electric motor, the compression block, the filtration system and 1 flexible outlet with DIN inflation connection or caliper. The powder epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe conditions of use (marine environment), the compressor is also available in a stainless steel chassis version.

Filtration for Breathable quality air !

The compressor of the STANDARD range is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure an air quality in accordance with the requirements of the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclonic separators on the 3rd stage. The final filtration system ensures filtration of oil, odours and water.

A pressure maintenance valve is available as an option for stationary industrial processes.
