1. Presentation of the loyalty program

To benefit from the loyalty program, it is necessary that each customer can create an account on the site When the customer account is created, the customer is automatically a beneficiary of the loyalty program.

2. How it works

When the customer places an order on the website, he or she automatically receives a points credit that increments with each order. For each Euro spent, the customer benefits from loyalty points equivalent in Euros to 1.5% of the amount of his order, excluding shipping costs. The points are credited to the customer's account, as soon as the order is shipped.

3. Points status in case of return

If the customer decides to return one or more products from the order for refund, the credit that was allocated when the product was purchased is automatically cancelled.

4. Modification of the loyalty points contract

DIVEAVENUE.COM reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions, and possibly terminate the loyalty program, subject to informing subscribers who have joined at least 2 months in advance. This information will be sent to subscribers by e-mail to the address declared by the subscriber at the time of joining or to the contact e-mail address indicated in the My Account section. Modification, interruption or termination of the Program does not entitle the Subscriber to any compensation of any kind. However, in the event of termination of the Program, the Subscriber will retain the benefit of his or her benefits corresponding to the Loyalty bonuses until the term initially set.

Diveavenue takes appropriate measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information it holds or processes in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms.
