The Coltri Mini Compact 100 ET compressor is a version of the MCH6 compressor specifically designed to meet high pressure air requirements, such as breathing air, small industrial processes, laboratories, shooting sports and small paintball facilities. It is equipped with a 400 volt three-phase electric motor.
The MCH6 Standard range, to which this compressor belongs, is widely used and appreciated for its compactness and lightness. Since 2009, this version has been chosen by the French Army and the nautical and river brigades to renew their compressors.
The COMPACT range is widely used throughout the world. This compressor is equipped with a flexible outlet for inflation, a drive motor, a robust compression block and a compact chassis with carrying handles. The chassis is designed for easy transport and this version can be equipped with optional purges and automatic shut-off.
The MCH6 compressor block used in the COMPACT range has been developed by COLTRI since the 1960s and has been continuously improved to meet the performance, air quality and robustness requirements for use in extreme conditions. It is renowned for its durability, reliability and ease of maintenance.
The MCH6-V17 compressor block is specially sized to maximise efficiency with a 3 kW motor. It has been tested many times in the most extreme conditions around the world.
The quality of the MCH6-V17 compressor block is ensured by the use of materials machined from high energy performance light alloys, which guarantees increased reliability. The cylinders are ground and ion nitrided to achieve a hard surface that offers high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion and seizure. The crankshaft is mounted on heavy-duty SKF bearings, which ensure a long life of the block even in high temperature conditions. The block is also protected by a special paint which provides excellent heat dissipation and protection against external influences in salty atmospheres.
The chassis of the COMPACT range is compact, solid and fully enclosed, offering protection against falling objects and ensuring the safety of the user. It incorporates the electric motor, compressor block, filtration system and a flexible outlet with DIN or clamp inflation connection. For the most demanding environments, a stainless steel frame version is available.
The COMPACT range compressor is equipped with several filtration systems that guarantee the compliance of the air with the breathing quality standards of EN 12021:2014.
