The neoprene is so elastic that it feels like you’re diving bare-handed. It’s the perfect glove for those who need to feel their equipment, such as photographers or technical divers who handle a lot of valves.
How do you put them on easily with the “Open Cell” lining ? Just like with a freediving or spearfishing wetsuit, the split-leather lining grips the skin. For a smooth fit, feel free to wet them with a little soapy water or simply run them under water before slipping them onto your hands.
Are they abrasion-resistant ? Although very flexible, these gloves are designed for technical use. The outer layer is robust, but like any high-performance glove, they require a little more care than thick Kevlar work gloves.
Can they be worn under drysuit gloves ? They are primarily designed to be used on their own in direct contact with water. Their Aquastop system is also designed to act as a barrier against the sleeve of a wet or semi-dry suit.
