COLTRI 4 outlet steel inflation manifold with hoses and valves

The COLTRI 4-outlet inflation manifold is supplied with hoses and inflation valves. It has a panel with an oil bath manometer for accurate needle stabilisation and 4 independent outlets. It can be connected to a compressor outlet or to buffer cylinders for inflating diving blocks and SCBA blocks used by the fire service.

The equipment consists of a welded steel frame with epoxy powder coating, a pressure gauge for reading the pressure, 4 Coltri hoses of 1.2 metres and 4 individually closing and venting valves, in DIN 200-232 or DIN 300 bar. The inlet connection is a Coltri type connection, but other connections such as 6S, 8S or 1/4 can be chosen. Installation is by wall mounting and connection to the compressor or buffers by flexible connection or stainless steel piping (supply quotation available on request).

Options include loading hoses secured by a rope, a TEK2G000 pressure regulator to regulate pressure for buffers to 230 bar and above as well as a safety valve and a clamp-DIN adapter. Additional outlets are also available to convert the 4 outlet manifold to a 5-16 outlet manifold.

It is important to note that this inflation manifold is not equipped with a pressure regulator or safety valve and must be connected directly to the compressor or to a buffer cylinder rack already protected by a safety valve whose working pressure does not exceed the pressure of the diving blocks to be filled.
