• The Teric from Shearwater Research is a complete technical dive computer. The Teric includes open-circuit and closed-loop Air, Nitrox and Trimix multi-gas features, as well as a three-axis digital compass with tilt compensation. It has recreational modes, gauge, free diving, open circuit technology and closed circuit. The Teric has four buttons and incorporates logic menus adaptable to the situation to make the Teric's operation and diving very intuitive. The Teric is also very configurable; For example, you can adjust a button to access different tools such as compass, stopwatch, countdown, and so on. It includes vibration and acoustic alarms that can be turned off (none, both).
• The Teric offers a screen using full color AMOLED technology with a Diameter x Height of 55mm x 18mm and a mass of 120.4g. The brightness levels are adjustable by the user and accessible by simply pressing a button. During a decompression dive, the Teric provides complete information on all necessary stages. Multi-gas presets are supported with any combination of oxygen, nitrogen and helium. The Teric will NOT lock after a missed stop or violation of the lift rate.
• After the dive, the Teric communicates via Bluetooth to connect to the Shearwater Cloud dive log manager, compatible with MS Windows, OS X, iOS and Android devices. It allows diving downloads and firmware updates.
• The Teric supports the integration of gas pressure by transmitter, sometimes called Air Integration (AI). The Teric is able to connect wirelessly to one or two optional transmitters, allowing the diver to monitor pressure up to two bottles. He is also able to calculate the remaining battery life. Air integration is optional for all modes, from open circuit to closed circuit. The screen is fully customizable.

Teric's base price does not include the pressure transmitter, it is optional.

• The Teric has been designed with a rechargeable wireless battery and includes a wireless induction charger holder. The typical dive time on a single charge is at least 30 hours and up to 50 hours, depending on the features enabled. The expected life of the built-in battery is five (5) years and the battery can be replaced at one of Shearwater's authorized service centers.
