Is it possible to fit this porthole to cabinets from other brands ? The viewport uses Marelux’s native Series 5 system, but it can be fitted to rival housings such as Nauticam using the brand’s optional adapter and conversion rings.

Do the lenses have an anti-reflective coating ? Exactly: the front glass lens features a technical coating that reduces internal reflections and maximises contrast, which is particularly useful when using flashes or a snoot for side lighting.

How to maintain the porthole after a series of dives ? The glass must be rinsed thoroughly with fresh water for several minutes to dissolve the salt, then dried with a soft microfibre cloth without rubbing too hard to avoid causing micro-scratches.
