1000 hour service kit for Pacific 16/23/27 compressor since June 2014

Cleaning of 1st stage valve, replacement of 2nd and 3rd stage valves, draining.
1st stage:

• 1 X PA002-191 suction filter 1° stage
• 1 X PA002-036 O-ring seal 1° stage
• 1 X OR101-005 O-ring cylinder 1° stage

2° stage:

• 1 X OR053-006 O-ring cylinder head 2° stage
• 1 X PA002-585 suction valve
• 1 X PA002-593 Discharge valve
• 1 X OR020-015 O-ring exhaust valve 2nd stage
• 1 X VR008-015 copper washer 2nd/3rd stage valve

3rd stage:

• 1 X OR037-010 top gasket sleeve 3° stage
• 1 X OR037-009 Upper liner gasket 3rd stage
• 1 X OR024-005 Top gasket for 3rd floor liner
• 2 X PA004-676 3rd stage valve gasket
• 1 X AT098-001 Exhaust valve spring
• 1 X PA004-670 Intake valve seat
• 1 X PA004-671 3rd stage intake valve washer
• 1 X PA004-672 Exhaust valve seat
• 1 X PA004-678 Intake valve spring
• 1 X PA004-683 3rd stage exhaust valve washer
• 1 X VR008-015 2nd/3rd stage valve copper washer
• 1 X PA004-610 3rd stage piston with rings
• 1 X OR060-005 Cylinder gasket 3rd stage

Separators:

Automatic purge:

Drain:

• 1 X PA001-145 oil filter
• 1 x 5 liter can of synthetic oil
