COLTRI inflation ramp regulated by a 4 outlet flexible valve and taps

• Stainless steel panel, with pressure gauge in glycerine bath for a good needle stabilisation, and 4 independent outlets.
• The 2 outlets on the left are at network pressure. That is to say either the final pressure of the compressor if the boom is connected directly to it, or the pressure of the buffers, or the pressure regulated by a pressure reducer positioned upstream of the boom.
• The 2 right-hand outlets are regulated by an expansion valve and protected by a safety valve and allow a pressure adjustment between 140 and 300 bars.
• This ramp allows the inflation of diving blocks and SCBA blocks of cylinders used by the fire safety services.

With this ramp it is possible to have the following configurations (to be specified when ordering):

• 2 outputs 300 bar + 2 outputs 200 or 230 bar
• 2 outlets 230 bar + 2 outlets 200 bar
• 2 outlets 200 bar + 2 outlets 176 bar

Equipment including:

• 1 welded 304L stainless steel frame
• 1 adjustable and lockable pressure regulator to adjust the pressure of the 2 right-hand outlets.
• 1 safety valve to protect the 2 right-hand outlets in the event of adjustment or failure of the regulator.
• 1 manometer to read the inlet pressure (300 bars for example).
• 1 pressure gauge to read the pressure at the pressure regulator outlet (to read the regulated pressure at 230 bars for example).
• 4 Coltri 1.2 metre hoses
• 4 individual shut-off and bleed valves, in yoke, or in DIN 200, or in DIN 300, or in 26 x 200 Nitrox .
• Inlet connection: Coltri fitting (other fittings available on request: 6S, 8S, 1/4" female ...)

 Installation:

• Wall mounting with 4 screws (not supplied)
• Connection to the compressor or buffers by flexible connection or stainless steel piping (consult us for a supply estimate).
• It is preferable to avoid installing the ramp in an environment subject to chloramines. Chlorine is likely to form a surface oxidation film on the ramp and stainless steel tubing.

Optional extras:

• Loading hoses secured by anti-whiplash cable instead of the original hoses.
• Upstream pressure regulator TEK207000 to regulate the pressure for buffers up to 230 bar and more + safety valve
• DIN-clamp adapter
• Additional outputs to transform your 4 output ramp into a 5 to 16 output ramp

Cautionary note:

This inflation ramp is not equipped with a safety valve for the 2 unregulated outlets. It is designed to be connected directly to the compressor or to a buffer cylinder rack already protected by a safety valve, and whose working pressure does not exceed the pressure of the diving blocks to be filled.
