The XJ / XJ Voyager duo remains the ideal choice for everyday exploration and transport on a boat, thanks to its shorter length of 81 cm and its fully equipped weight of 20 kg. But if hardcore cave diving is your thing, the XK is an absolute beast: a top speed of 100 metres per minute, 375 Newtons of thrust, and a massive 1340 Wh battery offering 6 hours of runtime at cruising speed. Enough to push the boundaries of the deep blue in complete safety.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can these scooters handle very cold or very hot water ? Absolutely. SUEX’s electronics and mechanics are rated to operate in a water temperature range from -5°C to +35°C, covering everything from ice diving to tropical waters.

Does the XK model’s battery charge more slowly than the XJ’s given its higher capacity ? No, the maximum charging time remains the same at 8 hours for both models. The XK’s charger is calibrated to deliver the power required to fully charge its 1340 Wh battery in the same time as the 940 Wh version of the XJ.

What about maintenance of the aluminium body ? The marine-grade aluminium used by SUEX offers incredible thermal and mechanical strength. A thorough rinse with fresh water after each dive (particularly around the propeller) and storage away from direct sunlight are sufficient to keep it in good condition for many years.
