The telescopic 3rd person viewer has two uses:

• Either with the floats, which allows by hanging it behind or to have a "3rd person" vision as if a drone was filming you.
• Either without the floats and you can use it as an underwater "selfie rod". This last application is very interesting to allow you to film yourself in your environment (see the movie below).
