The specially formulated gray color reflects the sun's rays to keep the camera cooler over time. Compared with black or transparent housings, the gray color offers superior contrast for better viewing of the LCD screen.
The rear door gasket is always visible to ensure a tight seal when closing the door. For added safety! The rear door closes with 1 safety-locking toggle. The rear knobs are identified by unalterable laser engraving.

Due to the proximity of the camera's internal flash to the lens, use of the internal flash is not possible.
The housing is equipped with 2 fiber-optic mounts for use with a remote flash. Cord-connected flashes cannot be used on this housing, as the camera is not equipped with an electric flash shoe socket.
