Coltri MCH6-EM Standard Compressor for Sport Shooting and PCP with 230-240 volt single phase electric motor

This version of the MCH6 compressor has been developed to meet the high pressure air requirements of the Sport Shooting industry.

The MCH6 Standard range is the most commonly used and the most popular due to its small size and low weight.

The STANDARD range is one of the most widely used machines in the world. It is equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block and a compact chassis with carrying handles. The chassis is adapted for transport and this version can be equipped with optional purges and automatic shut-off.

This version is suitable for sport shooting ranges and particular sport shooters for the inflation of shooting cartridges and PCP cartridges.

The STANDARD range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the end of the 60's and constantly improved to meet the requirements of performance, air quality and sturdiness, required for use in the most severe conditions.

The MCH6-V17 is built to last. It has been tested under the most extreme conditions thousands of times around the world. This special version is perfectly sized to maximize efficiency with a 2.2Kw motor.

Quality of the compressor block

The MCH6-V17 compressor block is designed for long life and low budget.

All materials are machined from lightweight, high-energy alloys for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have been ion nitrided to achieve high surface hardness for high wear, friction, abrasion and seizure resistance.

The crankshaft is mounted on heavy-duty SKF bearings which guarantee a long life of the block even at high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that provides excellent heat dissipation and protection against external influences in salty atmospheres. The paint allows an easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The 316L stainless steel inter-stage cooling coils are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow for longer filter cartridge life.

A compact chassis!

The welded chassis of the STANDARD range allows a good cooling flow and protects the user. The frame integrates the electric motor, the compression block, the filtration system and 1 flexible outlet with DIN inflation connection or bracket. The epoxy resin powder coating provides effective protection in hostile environments.

A filtration system for a breathable quality air !

The STANDARD range compressor is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality in compliance with the requirements of the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclone separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration provides oil, odor and water filtration.

A pressure relief valve is available as an option for industrial processes with fixed pipelines.
