Regulated stainless steel inflation ramp with 4 outputs Joystick valve

COLTRI inflation ramp regulated by a 4 outlet flexible regulator and quick-vent joystick valves

• 304L stainless steel panel, with oil bath pressure gauge for a good needle stabilisation, and 4 independent outlets.
• The 2 right-hand outlets are at mains pressure. That is to say either the final pressure of the compressor if the ramp is connected directly to it, or the pressure of the buffers, or the pressure regulated by a pressure reducer positioned upstream of the ramp.
• The 2 outlets on the left are regulated by an expansion valve and protected by a safety valve and allow a pressure adjustment between 140 and 300 bars.
• This ramp allows the inflation of diving blocks and SCBA blocks of cylinders used by the fire safety services.

Possible configurations:

With this ramp it is possible to have the following configurations (to be specified when ordering):

• 2 x 300 bar outlets + 2 x 200 or 230 bar outlets.
• 2 outlets 230 bar + 2 outlets 200 bar
• 2 outlets 200 bar + 2 outlets 176 bar
• Other configurations are available on request.

 
Equipment including:

• 1 welded 304L stainless steel frame
• 1 adjustable and lockable pressure regulator to adjust the pressure of the 2 right-hand outlets.
• 1 safety valve to protect the 2 right-hand outlets in the event of adjustment or failure of the regulator.
• 1 manometer to read the inlet pressure (300 bars for example).
• 1 pressure gauge to read the pressure at the pressure regulator outlet (to read the regulated pressure at 230 bars for example).
• 4 3-way lever-operated quick loading valves (integrated bleed)
• 4 Coltri 1.2 metre hoses
• 4 loading connections with anti-crushing safety valve (DIN 230 or DIN 300). The safety flap prevents the hose from whipping if a valve is opened unintentionally when the hose is not connected to a diving unit.
• N.B.: It is not possible to use a DIN-clamp adapter which is screwed onto the DIN 200 bar connection with the anti-whipping valve couplings. If you are equipped with diving blocks with a clamp type valve, you must turn to the SC000325 or SC000329 inflating manifold with hose end conservation valves.
• Inlet connection: Coltri type connection (other connections are available: 6S, 8S, 1/4" female ...).

 
Installation:

• Wall mounting with 4 screws (not supplied)
• Connection to the compressor or buffers by flexible connection or stainless steel piping (consult us for a supply estimate).
• It is preferable to avoid installing the ramp in an environment subject to chloramines. Chlorine is likely to form a surface oxidation film on the ramp and stainless steel tubing.

 
Options:

• Loading hoses secured with anti-whiplash cable instead of original hoses
• TEK 2G000 upstream pressure regulator to regulate pressure for buffers at 230 bar and above.
• Additional outputs to transform your 4 outputs ramp into a 5, 6, 7 or 8 outputs ramp. In this case, the 2nd outlet is an outlet with a conservation valve at the end of the hose.

 
Warning:

This inflation ramp is not equipped with a safety valve for the 2 unregulated outlets. It is designed to be connected directly to the compressor or to a buffer cylinder rack already protected by a safety valve, and whose working pressure does not exceed the pressure of the diving blocks to be filled.
