Diving compressor Nardi Pacific P35 21m3/h

The high pressure compressor Nardi Pacific P35 is a classic model for diving clubs. It is ideal as a fixed inflation station with low acquisition and operating costs. Why choose a NARDI compressor? Here are the arguments.

Proven engine block

Many technical arguments make it a differentiating block. The compressor block has 3 stages and the use of aluminium allows a very good heat dissipation. The coils are made of stainless steel and the block is not painted to facilitate heat exchange. It is mounted on European ball bearings. It has two lubrication systems, by splash and oil pump. The block integrates 2 oil/water separators. Finally the block rotates at a speed of 1550 rpm.

Chassis :

The chassis used is designed to reduce the weight of the unit. It has aluminium and stainless steel components. The chassis is enveloping with a double anti-vibration system. Its stainless steel components and epoxy paint protect it from corrosion.

Electronic control

The NARDI Pacific P35 compressor is equipped with electronic management with an integrated control panel. This new system controls all the key points, such as temperature, oil level, consumption, final pressure, and manages all the solenoid valves.

Filtration purity

The compressor is equipped with several filters. Two separators are mounted on the compressor block and a specific one for the breathing air is located on the chassis, guaranteeing many hours of breathing air, in compliance with UNI EN 12021:2014 standard.

Nardi Air Control System, as an option, can be installed at the compressor outlet in order to continuously analyse the compressed air produced, the air humidity, the CO rate, the CO2 rate and the air temperature. The system does not calculate the cartridge autonomy empirically, it performs a real-time analysis and, when the values do not comply with air quality standards, it stops the compressor.

Economical

Everything in the compressor is designed to optimize both operating and labor costs. Compressor overhauls, in addition to being inexpensive, are scheduled at long intervals. In order to optimize the operating cost, NARDI has designed a patented automatic condensate drain system, the SLOW FLOW SYSTEM, which reduces the amount of gas used by 80%, in order to keep the entire system pressurized.

Nardi Pacific Range

E : open frame version presented here

P: closed frame version and control panel on the frame

C: soundproofed version which integrates better ventilation and therefore compressor cooling

M: Soundproof version with 30% oversized fan. Ideal for very intensive use

On these 4 versions, the pressure and temperature sensor option for compressor control is an option. On all variants, the hour meter is integrated as well as automatic bleeding and shutdown.
