Coltri ICON LSE 100 MCH6-EM Standard Compressor with 230-240 Volt Single Phase Electric Motor

This new version ICON 100 of the MCH6 compressor has been developed to meet the needs of high pressure air type breathable air and for small industrial or laboratory processes. It can also be used for Sport Shooting and for small paintball structures.

The MCH6 Standard range is the most commonly used and the most popular thanks to its compactness and low weight. This version has been selected by the French Army and the nautical and river brigades for the renewal of all its compressors since 2009.

The STANDARD range is one of the most popular machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation output, a drive motor, a robust compression block and a compact frame with carrying handles. The chassis is suitable for transport and this version can be equipped with optional purges and automatic shutdown.

This version is suitable for users who do not have a three-phase electricity network.

The STANDARD range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the end of the 1960s and constantly improved to meet the requirements of performance, air quality and robustness, required for use in the most severe conditions.

Quality of the compression engine

The MCH6-V17 compression block is designed for long-lasting operation and low budget.

All materials are machined in light alloys with high energy performance for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have undergone ionic nitriding treatment which provides a high surface hardness promoting high wear, friction, abrasion and seizure resistance.

The crankshaft is mounted on SKF heavy duty bearings, guaranteeing a long service life of the block even at high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint allowing an excellent dissipation of the heat while ensuring its protection against the external aggressions in saline atmospheres. Paint makes maintenance easier when cleaning cooling coils.

The 316L stainless steel interstage cooling coils are sized to provide optimum cooling and allow longer filter cartridge life.

A compact compressour frame

The welded frame of the STANDARD range promotes a good cooling flow and protects the user. The chassis incorporates the electric motor, compression block, filtration system and 1 flexible outlet with DIN inflation connection or caliper. Powdered epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in harsh environments. For the most severe use conditions (marine environment), the compressor is also available in stainless steel version.
