To ensure the correct length of stainless steel spring for your diving fin, slip on your fin with your shoe and measure the distance between the two hooks.

The length indicated (example here 340mm for size L), is the length between the two hooks at the ends of the springs, in the middle of the hook circle, which corresponds to the length between the two hooks on the fin passing through the heel.
