Dome IKELITE DL 8" (235mm)

This 8" diameter hemispherical dome IKELITE porthole is specially designed for underwater photography to provide superior optical performance. The composition of the acrylic used in the fabrication of this dome allows an optical quality comparable to a glass dome while combining lightness for a better grip.

Its larger radius reduces the effect of distortion on photos taken with some super wide-angle lenses.

With its very large diameter, it is also ideal for half air - half water photos and videos.

Mounting DL / DRY LOCK

The new DRY LOCK sightglass system allows safe assembly on DL-compatible housings.

This 8" dome can be mounted directly on the housing or combined with an intermediate connecting ring.

To mount the dome, you need to choose the length of the appropriate joining ring and its possible extension ring, depending on the length of your lens.
